returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price only.
Items must be shipped back to The Velvet Bow, Inc. in BRAND NEW CONDITION
before refund is given. Customer/Buyer must pay all shipping and handling.
Returns are only accepted if the customer receives the product and is not
satisfied with the product. Customer takes all responsibility for accuracy of information given at the time of purchase.
If the customer gives an inaccurate shipping address, The Velvet Bow, Inc. is not
responsible and therefore will NOT refund any purchase. The Velvet Bow, Inc. will reship the item for a fee of $12 and all reshipped items will
be shipped standard ground.
ALL shipped items must be signed for. If an item is returned because of no
signature the item will be reshipped for a fee of $12 (standard ground). No
return will be given. If an item is not signed for a notice will be left by
the carrier and an attempted for redelivery will be made. If the
item is not received within 15 days the item will be shipped back to
